1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Khang Publication at www.im-khang.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service description

Khang Publication is Khang Nguyen's personal AI engineering blog and portfolio. It publishes articles, project records, demonstrations, evaluations, and opinions about AI engineering, agent systems, software, and related work.

The public site does not require an account. Connected workspace features support Khang Nguyen's publication workflow and are currently limited to his own account; they are not offered as a public software service.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the site, share links, and quote reasonable portions with clear attribution. You must not:

• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access;
• interfere with the site's operation or place unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Khang Publication; or
• copy or republish substantial original content without permission unless a separate license allows it.

4. Content and AI-assisted material

Content may include AI-assisted research, drafting, code, media, or analysis. Khang Nguyen reviews publication content, but errors and omissions can remain. Project results, evaluations, costs, and limitations apply only to the stated conditions and should not be treated as guarantees.

Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other professional advice. Verify information independently before relying on it.

5. Third-party services and links

The site can link to external websites, repositories, videos, platforms, and service providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Khang Publication is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or practices.

Use of connected Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms. Khang Publication's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership and licenses

Unless stated otherwise, original site design and publication content are owned by Khang Nguyen. Third-party names, logos, code, media, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Code repositories and downloadable materials may carry separate licenses. When a separate license is provided, that license controls use of the licensed material.

7. Availability and changes

The site and its content may be changed, corrected, moved, suspended, or removed at any time. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the site, its operator, or other people.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Khang Nguyen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or linked third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the site or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
